About the Role

Join Creative Activation, a leading retail partner in Australia and New Zealand, as a Retail Merchandiser working with Coles as part of the CRT team. This position offers on-the-job training, making it ideal for those new to merchandising but eager to learn and excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform various merchandising duties including organizing and setting up planograms and relays.
• Manage point-of-sale displays, including setting up promotional materials, pricing, and ticketing.
• Maintain retail presentation standards independently with efficiency and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Motivated and capable of working autonomously while managing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 15 kilograms.
• Availability on weekday shifts, including Fridays.
• Previous merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory; attitude and adaptability are key.
