About Creative Activation and the Role

Creative Activation is Australia's and New Zealand's leading retail partner servicing Merchandisers, Sales Teams, Brand Ambassadors, Mystery Shoppers, and Auditors. We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic retail merchandisers to work with our client, Coles, as part of their CRT team. This role is designed for individuals eager to start immediately and includes comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out merchandising activities including planograms and product relays.
• Set up point of sale displays effectively.
• Ensure accurate pricing and ticketing of products on the sales floor.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience is advantageous, though not mandatory; having the right mindset is critical.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage time and prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 15 kilograms.
• Availability to work flexible hours during weekdays, including Fridays.
