About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Operations Coach to support the dynamic environment at Nike by driving exemplary service that captivates and retains customers. This role plays a key part in managing operational facets such as financial control, customer satisfaction, and inventory shrinkage within the store. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll adherence, develop employee schedules and zone charts, and maintain cash management protocols.
• Support the store in meeting its financial goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Operations team effectively.
• Manage operational excellence covering facilities management, human resources procedures, loss prevention initiatives, and communication within break rooms.

• Experience working in retail environments.
• Leadership background managing teams.
• Exceptional communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple operational tasks.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications and retail business systems.
