Position Details
This full-time role operates Monday through Saturday with a half-day rostered day off during the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management of sales campaigns from initial listing to settlement
- Maintain consistent communication with vendors during sales process
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, solicitors, conveyancers, and other service providers
- Conduct open houses, private viewings, and buyer meetings
- Follow up with prospective buyers and nurture client relationships
- Assist in preparing appraisals, presenting listings, and conducting client meetings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand your sales pipeline
- Attend auctions, team briefings, and professional training sessions
- Keep CRM data, campaign reports, and administrative tasks accurate and up to date
- Provide support to the lead agent to ensure outstanding service and results
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in residential real estate sales is essential
- Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and focus on customer service
