Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision components, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
- Interpret engineering blueprints and product specifications to accurately program CNC equipment.
- Perform quality inspections on final products to guarantee they fulfill customer standards.
- Identify and resolve machine issues promptly, alongside conducting regular upkeep to reduce production delays.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance workflow and boost productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 4 to 6 years' hands-on experience with CNC turning machinery or equivalent devices.
- Hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Tool and Die Making from an accredited institute.
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and proficient in CNC programming languages like G-code and M-code.
- Have a deep grasp of mechanical engineering concepts, especially material mechanics.
