CNC Programmer

About the Role

Senwell Exports Private Limited, based in Pune, is seeking experienced CNC and VMC machine operators for its precision machining operations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in CNC or VMC machine operation within precision components, preferably with exposure to aerospace machining.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up tooling and configure job offsets precisely as per instructions.
• Load and run CNC or VMC programs while ensuring machine safety.
• Interpret engineering drawings and adhere to route cards, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Perform accurate dimensional inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools.
• Continuously monitor tool condition, surface finishes, and part quality throughout production.
• Document production data including quantities produced, defects, machine downtime, and shift handover notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and promptly report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of three years practical experience operating CNC/VMC machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and independently using precise measurement instruments.
• Prior work in manufacturing precision components, with aerospace machining experience considered a plus.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts as needed.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges between INR 25,000 and INR 45,000 per month. Applicants are requested to submit their resume outlining their relevant experience, specific machine types worked on, current and expected salary, as well as notice period.
