We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to handle machine operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality production according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery following detailed job guidelines.
- Load and unload raw materials and components safely onto machines.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions against design specifications.
- Monitor finished products for quality compliance with engineering drawings.
- Promptly inform supervisors about any defects or malfunctions encountered during operation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine and workspace.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and properly utilize personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep accurate daily logs of production activities and machine performance.
