Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled operator to set up and run Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines efficiently to meet production standards. The role involves consistently monitoring machine output, performing routine upkeep, and addressing mechanical issues to reduce downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate VMC machinery in line with production demands.
- Keep track of production rates while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Execute regular machine maintenance to avoid interruptions.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical or technical faults.
- Promptly report any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or safety concerns related to machinery.
- Adhere to both machine operational protocols and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain records of production and maintenance activities.
