Production Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic freshers for the position of Production Trainee in a manufacturing company located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in production and manufacturing processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and manufacturing tasks.
• Operate production machinery under supervision after receiving training.
• Adhere to production schedules and follow detailed work instructions.
• Conduct basic quality and production inspections.
• Strictly follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organizational standards based on 5S methodology.
• Collaborate effectively within the production team.
• Meet daily targets concerning production output and quality.
• Report any issues relating to production, machinery, or materials to supervisors promptly.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational qualifications from 10th pass up to BE/B.Tech degrees are eligible.
• Applicants with ITI, Diploma, Degree, or Engineering backgrounds can apply.
• Freshers with a commitment to work in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts if necessary.
• Good discipline, teamwork ability, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹19,000 to ₹21,000.
• Opportunities for overtime work.
• Retention bonus of ₹6,000 every six months.
