About The Role
The Address Collective, a prominent hospitality group, is seeking a full-time Cluster Revenue Manager to be based in Dublin City Centre. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing hotel profitability through meticulous revenue optimization and efficient management of reservation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy rates and room bookings, delivering detailed management reports.
- Analyze historical booking data, competitor performance, and current market conditions to forecast demand and optimize revenue.
- Produce precise occupancy and revenue forecasts, including weekly segmented forecasting reports to guide management decisions.
- Work closely with the wider revenue management group to adjust room pricing and special offers based on demand forecasts.
- Maintain and update Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms with current promotions to attract potential guests.
- Generate daily reports on availability and booking pick-up rates to ensure optimal room occupancy.
- Develop and implement effective revenue strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Respond professionally and promptly to guest inquiries via multiple email inboxes; ensure all hotel websites contain accurate and appealing images and descriptions.
- Manage group bookings including pricing strategies and strategic planning for seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure pre-arrival receipt and communication of payments and rooming lists with the reception team.
- Maintain reservation and inventory data to align with company policies and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional packages that stimulate revenue growth.
- Conduct regular revenue management meetings with department leaders to align strategies.
- Utilize revenue management software tools to compile detailed reports supporting data-driven decisions.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members on revenue management best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality revenue management or reservations roles.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data and market dynamics.
- Competence in using revenue management systems and relevant software tools.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Organizational skills enabling handling multiple priorities efficiently.
