About the Role
The Payment Risk Operations team is dedicated to safeguarding Amazon stores by protecting customer accounts against takeover and fraud, maintaining trust without compromising customer experience by combining technological tools with high-judgment human decision-making at scale.
Within this framework, the Payment Risk Workforce Management team seeks a Real Time Analyst (RTA). The RTA's responsibilities include monitoring service levels and site performance in real-time, managing incoming email and non-email queries, evaluating agent performance, and generating assignment adherence reports.
Key Responsibilities and Role Details
- Real-time supervision to maintain efficient handling of incoming support volume.
- Monitor and report on agent performance and adherence to assignments.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in employee and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; alternatively, at least two years as a full-time Amazon employee (blue badge).
- Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as pushing and pulling wheeled dollies carrying products up to 100 pounds during shifts.
- Experience in performance metrics evaluation, process improvements, or lean methodologies is preferred.
