Club Manager

Role Overview

As the Club Manager, you will spearhead social media engagement tailored to the club's unique offerings and benefits, cultivate and train a competent team, and design comprehensive packages encompassing food, banquet, and lawn services with clear inclusions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content highlighting the club's features and USPs.
• Lead team training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Create pricing and package structures for various club services including food, banquet, and lawn usage.
• Establish monthly partnerships with leading event planners to secure bookings for club venues including lawns and banquets.
• Conduct venue tours and presentations to potential event partners showcasing club amenities.
• Negotiate and finalize offers with event planners, targeting large-scale events hosting 200 to 1000 guests, aiming for at least 15 high-value events annually with minimum revenue of Rs. 20 lakhs per event.
• Secure corporate collaborations to book banquet spaces for trainings, retreats, product launches, ceremonies, and celebrations, targeting approximately 36 events yearly.
• Form alliances with wellness coaches, educational mentors, and wealth advisors to facilitate a minimum of three seminars monthly, totaling about 20 events annually.
• Develop partnerships with travel planners to promote weekend getaways and day trips, achieving a minimum of 100 room-nights annually across three rooms.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 60,000 and INR 72,000.
