Role Overview

• Provide clinical leadership to nursing, care, and support teams ensuring high-quality, person-centred care aligned with regulatory standards.
• Develop and nurture a skilled, motivated team focused on excellent care and continuous improvement through audits and quality initiatives.
• Manage clinical risks proactively, escalating and resolving issues promptly to maintain safety and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families to foster trust and positive experiences.
• Support Village Manager in efficient village operations.

Working Hours

This full-time position operates Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Candidate Profile

• Current Registered Nurse with APC and previous clinical leadership experience, preferably in aged care.
• InterRAI training completion required.
• Competent leader capable of coaching and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Sound clinical judgment for delivering consistent, safe care in complex settings.
• Experience in clinical risk management, audits, and upholding compliance with care standards.
• Strong orientation to continuous improvement driven by data and clinical indicators.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Organized with effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in resource management including staffing and consumables.
• Confident communicator skilled in collaboration with various stakeholders.
