Role Overview
The Associate role is designed for those eager to quickly link our clients with leading global experts. The position demands the ability to thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment and requires strong communication, sales, project management, and negotiation skills, which you will develop further after an initial intensive training period.
This role does not follow a typical 9-to-5 schedule; occasional overtime may be necessary due to client demands. However, the position offers generous uncapped commissions and substantial growth prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpreting and thoroughly understanding diverse client briefs through initial research on industries, companies, and topics to comprehend client requirements fully and develop your business acumen.
- Identifying and sourcing expert consultants globally by leveraging our AI-driven platform alongside professional networks and other online channels to continuously expand our expert pool.
- Proactively engaging with potential experts via multiple communication mediums such as calls, emails, and messages, vetting their suitability and building a professional network while enhancing negotiation capabilities.
- Collaborating effectively with your team to manage projects efficiently, meet deadlines, and consistently exceed client expectations.
Candidate Requirements
- A strong drive to achieve and surpass individual targets, thriving in fast-paced settings while independently managing your success.
- A client-centric approach dedicated to delivering exceptional value through rapid, high-quality, and outstanding service.
- Excellent English communication skills at C1 proficiency level; additional languages are advantageous.
- A deep curiosity and eagerness to learn about various industries and acquire new skill sets.
- A collaborative mindset, enjoying teamwork and mutual efforts towards achieving collective goals.
Employee Benefits
- A generous and uncapped commission program designed to reward outstanding performance without limits.
- A hybrid work model allowing up to three days per week in the office, complemented by the option to work remotely for up to 20 additional days per year for greater flexibility.
- Ample career development opportunities with multiple progression paths tailored to your skills and interests.
- Enhanced parental leave policies including maternity and paternity pay.
- Regular social events such as quarterly team outings and annual seasonal parties to foster team spirit and celebrate achievements.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage.
Recruitment Process
Prior to interviews, candidates will attend a brief Introductory Insight Session to gain a thorough understanding of our company culture, team, and the role's expectations.
- The first interview stage involves discussion with a Talent Team member regarding your background and its alignment with the role's requirements.
- The second stage includes interviews with a Senior Associate and a Team Lead from Client Services, incorporating a case study and exploratory conversation about your experience.
- The final interview is conducted with an Associate Director, focusing on your motivation and fit for the role.
