Responsibilities include direct client management, assisting KAMs with daily client services, onboarding procedures, account-related follow ups, and coordinating operational tasks. The position aims to enhance client engagement, facilitate activation and retention efforts, and reduce operational burdens on KAMs so they can focus on high-value introducers, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives. Collaboration with multiple internal teams such as Sales, Client Services, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Operations is essential to ensure prompt and accurate client support aligned with Axi's policies and regulatory standards.

- Assist KAMs with day-to-day client communication, account inquiries, campaign questions, operational requests, and issue coordination.
- Provide administrative support related to clients and partners, freeing KAMs to focus on high-value partners and revenue goals.
- Liaise with internal departments including Compliance, Payments, Technology, Marketing, and Operations to deliver timely and consistent client and partner support.
- Track client activity to identify opportunities for activation, retention, reactivation, or escalation to senior KAMs where necessary.
- Coordinate and support Korea market campaigns, client engagement activities, and partnership initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, requests, issue resolution, and results to facilitate structured reporting and performance assessments.
- Prepare updates on clients, market insights, basic performance analytics, and operational feedback for KAMs and leadership.
- Ensure client and partner interactions adhere to Axi’s Code of Conduct, Compliance, Risk policies, and internal standards.
- Promptly escalate any client complaints, risk flags, suspicious activities, operational challenges, or compliance matters to appropriate internal teams.
- Promote a consistent and high-quality client experience throughout the Korean market.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, including fair client treatment, responsible conduct, and timely reporting of concerns.
- Immediately report suspicions of market abuse, insider trading, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illicit activity to Compliance and MLRO as per protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Korean market and overall business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Native Korean speaker with excellent spoken and written English, capable of professional communication with Korean clients.
- Proven background in customer service, client relationship management, brokerage operations, or account management, preferably with Korean clients in trading or financial services.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with financial markets and trading products such as Forex, CFDs, leveraged instruments, commodities, and indices.
- In-depth knowledge of the Korean retail brokerage market, including client trading behavior, product preferences, payment methods, leverage, financing, and trading costs.
- Highly proactive, independent, and senior-level mindset with strong ownership of client issues and sound decision-making skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple urgent client requests and escalations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Korean brokerage clients, introducing brokers (IBs), trading platforms, or FX/CFD brokers is highly beneficial.
Benefits
- 20 days of annual leave per year.
- 5 paid study leave days annually.
- 1 paid volunteer day annually.
- Health and dental insurance covering self with optional coverage for dependents.
- Access to ample learning and development opportunities including professional certifications and soft skills training.
