About the Role
As a Client Director at Kiwibank, you will have a significant opportunity to influence and grow your portfolio with autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a bank dedicated to helping New Zealanders prosper. Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships and pursuing new business opportunities. Working closely with product experts and credit teams, you will provide custom banking solutions, offer strategic commercial advice, and oversee complex lending transactions. You will also be responsible for leading and developing your team and strengthening the bank’s presence in the corporate market.

We seek a commercially astute relationship banker who excels at building enduring client partnerships and fostering growth. Ideal candidates will demonstrate success in expanding corporate banking relationships, expertise in complex credit and lending, and a record of cultivating trusted connections with senior business leaders and market influencers. Experience delivering tailored financial services across lending, financial markets, trade finance, and cash management is crucial, alongside proven leadership in coaching and growing high-performing teams.
