Role Overview
We are seeking a committed and experienced female Cleaning Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Perth, WA. This hands-on leadership role entails supervising cleaning staff to ensure all work aligns with company policies and client expectations. Key responsibilities include assigning daily duties, managing schedules, monitoring cleaning quality, training personnel on techniques and safety, performing site inspections, and addressing client feedback or operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and allocate cleaning tasks to team members effectively.
- Coordinate work schedules and oversee daily operations.
- Perform hands-on support as needed to maintain service quality.
- Train employees in cleaning methods and health and safety practices.
- Complete site inspections to assess service standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Document and report on work performed, incidents, and suggested improvements.
- Communicate regularly with management and clients to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven supervisory experience with skills in leadership, delegation, and performance oversight.
- Practical knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations, including incident reporting and safe work procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
- Basic computer competency to handle reporting, scheduling, and communication tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple Perth locations.

Administration & Reporting
- Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain site documentation accurately.
- Ensure timesheets and attendance records are correctly maintained.
- Track job management records, including necessary photos and notes.

- Maintain thorough and accurate records following company protocols.
