Job Overview
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring equipment is well-kept, safe, and compliant with all agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will develop strong knowledge of your cleaning area, including appropriate timings, equipment, and chemicals, adhering strictly to Health and Safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleaning equipment in optimal condition, ensuring safety and compliance.
- Understand and manage designated cleaning areas, scheduling work appropriately.
- Comply with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials and equipment.
- Complete all required training to perform duties effectively.
- Work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative when working independently.
- Foster positive relationships with customers, deliver excellent service, and seek continual improvement.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate and understand basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility in work approach and schedule.
