Overview

Comer Group Ireland is recruiting a Cleaner for their new residential development located in Sandyford, Dublin. The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring all communal and shared spaces are kept clean, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to cleaning requests from Management and Property Teams.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout all communal areas of the development.
• Regularly empty and sanitize waste bins.
• Clean glass surfaces and windows.
• Wipe and dust all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Attend to dusting and cleaning doors, window/door sills, and ledges.
• Clean lifts and their surrounding areas thoroughly.
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors effectively.
• Sweep tiled or hardwood floor spaces.
• Follow lost property protocols diligently.
• Comply with all departmental Health and Safety regulations.
• Report maintenance issues and resident complaints promptly to the Maintenance Manager.
• Keep cleaning tools and equipment in good condition.
• Maintain neatness and organization of storerooms and chemical storage areas.
• Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned by management.
• Prioritize duties to manage workload effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a cleaning role is required.
• Strong communication skills are important for this role.
• Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Capacity to adjust quickly to a fast-paced environment.
