About Us
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join our Residential Property team headquartered in Naas, County Kildare. This role involves managing a segment of a substantial residential property portfolio. The team is energetic, diligent, and supported by regional Maintenance Teams.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will demonstrate quick learning abilities, high attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal applicant thrives working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced setting and desires to expand their expertise in the property management field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for tenant and business-related inquiries within an assigned portfolio.
- Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance and block management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, third-party contractors, and relevant committees.
- Manage tenant leases, rental income, ensuring timely rent payments, and undertake necessary follow-ups.
- Review bank statements and allocate rental income daily.
- Plan and supervise annual service charge budgets and their allocations.
- Coordinate facilities management, including planned preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with letting agents to ensure that vacant properties are properly listed for rent.
- Maintain updated property schedules for monthly reporting.
Requirements
- PRSA license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Possession of a full clean driver's license.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience as a Residential Property Manager.
- Outstanding organizational and communication capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and other related property management systems.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable about block property management and property legislation within Ireland.
