Position Overview

This role involves the thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of assigned areas, adhering strictly to company and client safety and quality protocols. The position may require regular engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispose of all trash by emptying and cleaning waste containers and relocating waste and paper debris to designated disposal sites.
• Perform vacuuming on carpets and rugs, sweep or dust-mop hard surfaces, and mop floors including spot cleaning spills in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairwells, and public zones.
• Manually dust and clean office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, panels, windowsills, HVAC diffusers, wall grilles, and all horizontal surfaces.
• Clean and remove fingerprints and stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, frames, light switches, glass entrances, and partitions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the janitor’s closet.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned or necessary.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferably at least one year of custodial cleaning experience or similar
