Civil Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an adept Civil Engineer with 5 to 6 years of pertinent experience to take charge of our civil construction endeavors. This role entails comprehensive oversight from initial planning stages through to successful project completion.

Key Duties

• Oversee and direct civil construction projects comprehensively, ensuring smooth transition from planning through execution phases.
• Supervise daily activities on-site to guarantee projects meet deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, suppliers, architects, designers, and clients to facilitate project success.
• Develop and assess project estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), architectural drawings, and necessary material requisitions.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, enforce safety protocols, and assure execution accuracy on site.
• Track progress carefully, managing manpower, material supplies, and budget adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage both residential and commercial construction assignments with due diligence.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• Possess minimum 5 to 6 years' experience in civil construction and project management.
• Familiarity with Interior Design and Interior Fit-Out Works is compulsory or highly preferred.
• Practical experience using AutoCAD, along with skills in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and project scheduling.
• Demonstrated strong communication, coordination, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to independently manage multiple project sites and tasks concurrently.

The ideal candidate is proactive and accountable with hands-on site experience coupling expertise in both Civil Construction and Interior Works.

Compensation

The salary range offered is between 50,000 to 60,000 INR per month.
