Civil Engineer – Fresher

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering fresher to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves supporting site supervision and managing construction site activities under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing construction site operations on a daily basis.
• Review construction activities to verify they conform to drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, laborers, and suppliers.
• Track and monitor material consumption and site requisites.
• Compile and maintain routine site documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and safety regulations across the site.
• Conduct on-site measurements and contribute to quantity estimations.
• Provide support to senior engineers to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates with little or no prior experience.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Preparedness to engage actively at construction sites.
• Foundational understanding of civil construction processes, measurements, and reading drawings.
