Job Overview

We are seeking a competent Civil Engineer to serve as the client's onsite representative for a prestigious residential villa project in Bengaluru. This role demands thorough inspection and quality assurance to ensure the construction aligns perfectly with the structural standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely inspect RCC reinforcement and formwork to verify adherence to design specifications.
• Assess the quality of concrete and oversee related RMC documentation and test results, including cube and slump tests.
• Monitor overall workmanship and confirm compliances with the approved structural blueprints.
• Promptly identify any deviations or discrepancies in construction, escalating issues as necessary to the project owner.
• Maintain direct communication and reporting line with the property owner throughout the project duration.
