Civil Engineer

Job Overview

Teleperformance is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their technical support team based in Malad, Mumbai. This position requires working from the office during day shifts. Candidates must be proficient in one or more of the following languages: Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise technical aspects of both new construction and repair projects.
• Perform site inspections ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and other involved parties.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during construction processes, including through voice communication.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of experience in construction engineering involving new and repair works.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety procedures.
• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to work on rotational week-offs, shifts, and extended hours as necessary.
