Call Centre BPO Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for our voice-based customer service and sales processes located at Whitefield, Bangalore. This onsite position involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve problems, and actively promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally managing inbound and outbound calls to provide detailed information on products and services.
• Understanding customer requirements, clarifying doubts, and effectively closing sales opportunities.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction levels by efficiently solving problems.
• Meeting and surpassing sales targets and objectives defined by the company.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education qualification of 12th grade (higher technical degrees like B.Tech/BE are excluded).
• Applicants aged between 18 to 30 years.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Capability to manage customer inquiries and provide relevant solutions.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly starting salary ranging from INR 16,000 to 22,000, with a typical starting figure around INR 18,000.
