About the Role
CADDESK Ravet is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Civil BIM Trainer to instruct both students and professionals in civil engineering, BIM, design, and project management software. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with relevant software and be able to convey technical concepts effectively through real-world projects and practical lessons.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical classroom sessions.
- Teach software skills from foundational to advanced levels.
- Clarify BIM principles, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Showcase software functionalities via live project demonstrations.
- Develop training resources including materials, exercises, assignments, and project work.
- Mentor students in creating industry-relevant projects.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Respond to student inquiries with technical assistance.
- Maintain awareness of the latest BIM standards, tools, and professional requirements.
- Assist students in building portfolios and projects aligned with current industry needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma, Bachelor's in Engineering (BE), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
- Comprehensive practical expertise in BIM and civil engineering software.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to teach complex subjects in an accessible, practice-focused manner.
- Experience with civil engineering or BIM projects is advantageous.
- Past teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates strong technical prowess.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Proficiency in BIM software tools such as AutoCAD Civil, Revit (Structure, Architecture, MEP), Navisworks, Primavera P6, and STAAD.Pro.
- Skills in project coordination, clash detection, and 3D modeling.

Additional Information
Location: Ravet, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Employment Type: Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
Compensation: A stipend or salary range between 10,000 to 20,000 INR per month is offered.
