Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Children's Residential Support Workers to join ongoing shift assignments in Ipswich. The client currently requires five or more workers each week to support children in residential care settings.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children within a residential environment.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for children under care.
  • Complete mandatory training including Safeguarding Level 3 and PMVA prior to starting shifts.
  • Undergo an Enhanced Police Check as part of compliance requirements.
