Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent professional, friendly, and engaging services to children.
- Manage and organize all activities within the Kids Club.
- Host birthday celebrations and organize special events at the Kids Club.
- Develop new arts and crafts projects tailored for children.
- Plan innovative themes and activities for seasonal events such as summer camps, Halloween, and Christmas, executing them according to planned schedules.
- Train new team members on daily Kids Club operations, fostering teamwork to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Report incidents, guest feedback, and comments directly to the Kids Club supervisor.
- Maintain oversight of arts and crafts inventory and notify when supplies are low.
- Ensure the Kids Club premises are clean, safe, and properly maintained for children.
- Monitor attendants in the Kids Club to ensure adherence to prescribed procedures.
- Create wall and window artwork designs for the Kids Club environment.
- Supervise children to guarantee their safety while inside the Kids Club.
- Assist the Kids Club supervisor at the reception desk during busy periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
