Children Activity Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a vibrant and compassionate Children Activity Assistant to join our team at Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating enjoyable and engaging activities in a secure and welcoming environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee various children's activities including games, arts and crafts, and interactive sessions.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children throughout all activities.
• Foster a lively, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for children.
• Support special events, holiday programs, and themed activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated activity spaces.
• Develop and maintain good rapport with children and their parents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in childcare roles such as in kids clubs, nurseries, schools, camps, or recreational environments.
• A cheerful, energetic, and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in engaging children from various age groups.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
