Role Overview
As a member of the QA Chemistry team, you will ensure adherence to Chemistry protocols and contribute to quality assurance processes within manufacturing. Your responsibilities will encompass analytical testing, data interpretation, method development, and cross-functional teamwork to maintain quality standards and support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical analyses on samples from different manufacturing stages.
- Operate various analytical instruments including wet chemistry methods, atomic absorption and emission spectrometry, autotitrators, TOC analyzers, infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy, potentiometry, gas chromatography, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
- Accurately interpret analytical data and maintain detailed documentation according to strict guidelines.
- Prepare and communicate analytical reports.
- Develop and refine analytical techniques for drug products and chemicals.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and coordinate with chemists and production staff to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on current health and safety standards and regulations.
- Validate analytical methods and instrumentation.
- Assist in preparing Quality Reviews and Annual Product Quality Reviews.
- Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives in quality data and process optimization.
- Support batch release activities and Quality Assurance department during audits and inspections.
- Provide QA support in introducing new products.
