About the Role

Join Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts in Lusail, Qatar as a Chef, where your culinary passion can thrive without limits. This non-management full-time position is based on-site at Building No. 153, Street No. 347 in Lusail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook them according to established menus and recipes.
• Deliver high-quality food within designated timeframes.
• Test dishes to ensure proper preparation and temperature standards are met.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning surfaces and storage containers regularly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong team collaboration skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
• Previous kitchen experience is a valuable asset.

The role requires the physical ability to lift and move items up to 11 kg (25 lbs), stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a neat professional appearance with a clean uniform. Safety certification and training will be required before starting.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications needed at application.
