Role Overview

As a Chef de Partie at our hotel in Jeddah, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional culinary experiences that delight guests during their stay. Your role extends beyond cooking; you will lead kitchen operations to maintain exceptional standards and deliver consistent high-quality dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create flavorful dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing recipes to ensure uniform quality and presentation.
• Lead and supervise the kitchen team, supporting line cooks and stepping in during senior chef absences to guarantee smooth kitchen performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all workstations are free from contamination risks.
• Oversee food quality control, enforcing correct ingredient storage and stock rotation protocols.
• Assist in managing food costs to enhance profit margins and achieve departmental financial goals.
• Strictly comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations to protect the wellbeing of guests and staff.
