Role Overview

We prepare nearly all of our menu items from scratch, so we seek a Chef De Partie passionate about working with fresh ingredients and crafting quality dishes. This position requires cooking excellence and dedication to maintaining high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of preparing, cooking, and artfully presenting high-quality meals.
• Uphold stringent kitchen and food safety regulations consistently.
• Effectively communicate with kitchen team members to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to confidently manage a kitchen section independently.
• Experience working in fast-moving environments such as fresh food pubs or restaurants.
• Eagerness to engage actively and acquire new culinary skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient for safe operational compliance and allergen awareness.
