We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who excels in working with fresh produce and strives to deliver exceptional quality dishes consistently. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to flourish during fast-paced service, becoming an essential part of our kitchen team.

Stravaigin's pubs are the heart of the community and provide a welcoming environment where locals and visitors alike can enjoy great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere in individual, characterful venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes with attention to detail.
• Maintain strict kitchen and food safety standards to ensure optimal hygiene and safety.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to deliver meals promptly and maintain smooth service flow.
• Independently manage and run a section of the kitchen during service.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment such as a fresh food pub or restaurant.
• Confidence and ability to operate a kitchen section autonomously.
• Positive attitude with willingness to engage actively and learn new culinary skills.
• Competency in spoken and written English sufficient to uphold safety protocols, including allergen control.
