Job description
About the Role
The Change Management Lead will spearhead efforts to enhance user involvement, prepare the organization for change, and facilitate training and adoption throughout the duration of the project. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project teams, and end users to guarantee the effective rollout and acceptance of new solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
- Engage stakeholders and cultivate awareness of change initiatives.
- Provide timely project updates, sprint summaries, and emphasize the benefits to users.
- Conduct training sessions for both key users and general end users.
- Develop training resources such as manuals, FAQs, quick reference guides, and instructional videos.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and integrate user feedback into training content.
- Track and analyze system usage and user adoption rates.
- Collect user feedback to reinforce change management efforts.
- Offer support during hypercare and stabilization phases post-deployment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of five years in Change Management roles.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders, conducting readiness assessments, and facilitating workshops.
- Excellent communication capabilities and proficiency in delivering training sessions.
- Background in supporting enterprise-wide system implementations or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
