About the Role

Draken invites accomplished aviators to step into the role of Fleet Captain for the prestigious Challenger 604 fleet within one of our major international programs based in Saudi Arabia. This position surpasses basic piloting duties, encompassing leadership across flight operations, influencing operational protocols, mentoring pilots, shaping future capabilities, and representing Draken at senior levels both internally and externally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe and effective execution of Challenger 604 flight operations.
• Perform duties as both Captain and Instructor Pilot, exemplifying the highest standards of aviation skill and professionalism.
• Promote operational excellence and prioritize safety through continuous improvement efforts.
• Encourage and enforce a culture of safety reporting, actively participating in the Safety Management System and risk evaluation processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of pilots, focusing on training, career development, and succession planning.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the fleet, contributing to technical enhancements, program delivery, and exploring future operational opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and stakeholders, embodying Draken’s operational and corporate values.
