Center Manager

About the Role

FitZone Gyms, operated by FitZone Technologies Private Limited, is actively looking for dynamic and experienced Center Managers to supervise and lead fitness centers situated throughout Bangalore. This role demands a candidate with a solid track record in gym or fitness center management, emphasizing operational efficiency, sales growth, team leadership, and delivering excellent customer service to meet business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness facility ensuring smooth functioning.
• Drive sales for memberships, personal training sessions, and renewals to meet revenue goals.
• Lead and supervise personal trainers along with other gym personnel.
• Track team performance ensuring the accomplishment of monthly sales and operational targets.
• Handle and resolve member inquiries, feedback, grievances, and escalations professionally and empathetically.
• Focus on maintaining high levels of member engagement and retention.
• Perform consistent follow-ups with potential clients and leads to boost conversions.
• Ensure optimized use of gym equipment, space, and overall facilities.
• Maintain stringent standards for discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the center.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the center.
• Collaborate extensively with FitZone’s central management for meeting operational and business requirements.
• Assist local marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance revenue and improve overall center performance.

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience managing gyms, fitness centers, sales, or operations, preferably within the fitness industry.
• A sales-driven approach with strong orientation towards targets and results.
• Proven leadership capabilities for efficiently managing teams.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team management.
• Capable of multitasking operational responsibilities and managing diverse activities smoothly.
• Comprehensive understanding of gym operations and fitness services.
• Energetic, confident, professionally presentable individual.
• Comfortable working with performance and incentive-based remuneration models.

Work Locations

Candidate placement will be at various FitZone Gyms across Bangalore, including but not limited to Turbo Fitness, Triton Fitness, Brad Fitness (versions 4.0 and 5.0), Liger Fitness, 360 Fitness, Quadz Fitness, multiple I Fitness locations (Shanthinagar, New BEL Road, HSR), MS Fitness, B3 Wellness centers (TC Palya, JP Nagar, Hegde Nagar), and Black Cat Fitness (Rayasandra and Bommanahalli). Further expansion of the network continues to open new location opportunities. Allocation depends on candidate experience, preferences, and availability.
