About the Role

Join dnata's Canberra Airport team as a Catering Attendant in a permanent, full-time role. Key Responsibilities

• Handle and plate meals, ensuring that presentation meets visual guide specifications.
• Stock airline carts with dry store items like crockery, cutlery, glassware, packaged snacks, and beverages.
• Load and unload wash lines, making sure all utensils and glassware are in excellent condition.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols along with cleaning schedules.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to meet delivery deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong numerical aptitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift or move items as needed.
• Availability and willingness to work shifts following a 7-day roster.
• Professional and tidy personal presentation.
• Desirable but not mandatory: basic knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP standards, and knife skills.
• Must be able to obtain a clear National Police Check due to aviation industry requirements.
• Commitment to working 38 hours per week in this full-time role.
