Catering Assistant

Overview

We are seeking dedicated Full-Time Catering Assistants to join our vibrant team located at Terminal 1, Dublin Airport. Working involves shift rotations, including early morning starts from 3am, with availability required across all days of the week (5 days out of 7).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and welcoming customer service to all guests.
• Warmly greet guests upon entering the food hall and bar area.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, wines, hot and cold beverages, and ongoing promotions.
• Ensure the efficient and high-quality presentation of all food and beverage products according to company standards.
• Prepare and set up food hall, bar, and food & beverage areas before and after service periods.
• Engage proactively in all mandatory internal training programs.
• Foster a positive, friendly, and professional atmosphere with guests and team members.
