Overview
Supermac's located in Eyre Square, Galway, is seeking individuals for full and part-time Catering Assistant positions. These roles focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards across various brand outlets including Supermac’s, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac’s Deli, Bewley’s Barista, and Spar.
Job Responsibilities
- Offer warm and friendly service to customers during every visit.
- Operate in all service areas, maintaining company standards for safety and quality.
- Collaborate respectfully with colleagues and management as part of an effective team.
- Adhere to company rules regarding food preparation, production, and storage.
- Present a professional image consistently both on-site and off-site.
- Assist management in boosting customer numbers and daily revenue.
- Manage cash handling by following prescribed procedures.
- Maintain personal appearance and uniform compliance with company policies.
- Adapt to working in any area on site as requested by the Manager.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction at all times, from opening through close.
- Effectively manage complaints and incidents, escalating to Supervisors or Managers as necessary.
- Keep the lobby and public restrooms clean and orderly.
