Catering Assistant - Full-Time in Fermoy

Overview

Supermac's in Fermoy is seeking full-time Catering Assistants who can commit to working Monday through Sunday, covering all shifts. This role involves delivering excellent service and maintaining cleanliness across various food outlets including Supermac’s, Papa John's, SuperSubs, Mac’s Deli, Bewley’s Barista & Spar.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistently friendly and warm customer service with every visit.
• Work across all areas following company safety and quality policies to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to company training regarding food preparation, production, and storage.
• Maintain a professional appearance on and off duty.
• Assist management in increasing both customer footfall and daily revenue.
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately as instructed.
• Ensure compliance with uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Adapt to working in any area of the establishment as required by management.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction throughout the shift from start to finish.
• Effectively handle complaints and report incidents to supervisors or managers.
• Keep customer areas such as lobbies and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
