Role Overview

As a Chauffeur, you will be tasked with delivering safe, professional, and dependable transportation services to individuals including executives, clients, and authorized guests. Your duty includes ensuring a comfortable and timely travel experience, upholding high standards in vehicle maintenance, confidentiality, personal grooming, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transporting passengers to various destinations such as business meetings, airports, hotels, residences, events, and appointments.
• Planning efficient travel routes factoring in traffic, weather, schedules, and any other constraints.
• Ensuring timely departures and arrivals while monitoring traffic conditions to adjust routes as needed.
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
• Managing vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, fueling, and detailing arrangements.
• Providing assistance to passengers with luggage, vehicle doors, and other related needs.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality about passenger identities, schedules, and conversations.
• Delivering courteous and professional customer service while communicating effectively with relevant personnel.
• Keeping detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and schedules.
• Utilizing navigation systems, GPS, traffic monitoring tools, communication devices, and digital scheduling software.
• Coordinating airport pickups and corporate or executive travel arrangements.
