Job Overview
As a Cart Attendant, you play a crucial role in creating a positive first and last impression for customers at our store. Your responsibilities include collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, utilizing equipment to transport carts inside the store, and ensuring that carts remain clean and sanitary. This role requires maintaining a positive outlook regardless of weather conditions.
Compensation and Incentives
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.50 to $29.50 per hour, with the guaranteed rate never falling below the mandated minimum wage for the job location. In addition, employees may earn performance incentives offered annually or quarterly. Special premium payments ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on specific scheduling, seasonal work, or facility factors, and multiple premiums can accumulate if criteria overlap.
Work Schedule and Location
This position can be full-time or part-time, with shifts available during mid-shift and closing hours. The role is based at Walmart Supercenter #2355 located at 5033 Transit Rd, Williamsville, NY, 14221, USA.
