Cart Attendant

Position Summary

Cart attendants play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience at the store entrances and exits. Their duties involve collecting shopping carts from parking areas, using equipment to transport carts safely inside the store, and maintaining cart cleanliness and sanitation. This role requires a consistently positive demeanor across various weather conditions.

Compensation Details

• The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, ensuring it meets or exceeds the mandated minimum wage of the work location.
• Additional earnings may include performance bonuses paid annually or quarterly based on outcomes.
• Extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be awarded depending on factors such as schedule, location, seasonality, or specific job tasks, with the potential for multiple premiums concurrently.

Schedule and Location

• Employment is full-time with shifts available during opening and morning hours.
• Work takes place at Walmart Supercenter #1344, 1028 Richmond Ave, Staunton, VA 24401, USA.
