We are looking for a Carpentry Supervisor to oversee the functioning of a woodworking lab. The role entails managing all woodworking activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining smooth operations of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire woodworking laboratory and supervise all related activities.
- Perform quality control inspections on wooden products and equipment to maintain high standards.
- Create and manage work schedules to ensure tasks are completed within designated timelines.
- Identify and resolve equipment or process issues to reduce work stoppages and maintain productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess between 1 and 15 years of experience in carpentry or a related area.

- Competency in interpreting blueprints and adhering to design requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
