About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance repairs daily, including tasks such as carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to maintain the quality and functionality of guest rooms and corridors.
- Keep track of and manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of replacement items is always available for guest rooms and hallways.
- Identify and report any health or safety hazards found within guest-accessible floors to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with various maintenance projects and departmental initiatives as they arise, contributing to the hotel's ongoing upkeep and improvements.
