This full-time on-site position involves strategic oversight of network margins combining passenger bellyhold and dedicated freighter operations by utilizing sophisticated revenue management, capacity allocation, and overbooking control strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic inventory control policies to enhance cargo profitability across the global flight network.
• Balance capacity allocation between long-term customer commitments and dynamic free-sale capacity, incorporating no-show data and demand forecasts to calibrate overbooking risks effectively.
• Create analytical frameworks to monitor profitability per route, analyze flow trends, and address operational or commercial bottlenecks.
• Conduct alignment sessions with commercial, ground handling, and network planning teams to adjust inventory management strategies responsively to market changes.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory management specialists and analysts, driving skill enhancement and performance.
• Serve as the functional SME for strategic projects, leveraging business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to foster digital transformation of network processes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of specialized experience within airline cargo, air freight, or aviation supply chain operations.
• Proven expertise in cargo revenue management, optimization of network margins, and capacity allocation dynamics.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills complemented by demonstrated proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Robust leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams, developing stakeholder relationships, and executing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
