Role Overview

We regard caregiving as a heartfelt vocation rather than just a job. If you share a sincere commitment to helping others, you will find a welcoming team environment with us. The nature of client needs varies, and caregivers are encouraged to find individualized ways to positively influence the lives of those they assist. Daily activities include traveling to clients' homes, greeting them warmly, reviewing care notes from prior sessions or family, listening attentively to their stories, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and helping clients prepare for and travel to appointments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Own a reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage of $15 per hour
• Higher pay rates of $17 to $18 per hour in select locations and shift durations
