Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $15.50 to $16.00 paid weekly

Job Duties

• Build meaningful connections with clients by providing companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
• Support personal care needs including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and incontinence management

• Expedited placement for candidates who meet qualifications
• Devoted 24/7 support from a committed team
• Use of a leading mobile application for real-time updates on client requirements, schedule tracking, and payment monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekly shifts with the same clients to ensure consistent care delivery and relationship building
• Basic proficiency in English including speaking, reading, and writing; bilingual and multilingual applicants are encouraged
• Fulfillment of all applicable compliance, licensing, or certification regulations, including CPR certification
